I do not see a brand after signing in
Confirm your email address with the link we sent. If your company does not have a brand in brepo yet, the owner can invite you, or you can sign up for early access.
I forgot my password
Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, or sign in with an email link instead.
How do I connect my AI tool?
Use the address https://app.brepo.ai/mcp. Steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code are in the documentation.
The connection in my AI tool stopped working
A connection that is not used for 90 days expires on its own. Also check under Connect to AI in brepo that it has not been disconnected. Remove the connection in the AI tool and add it again with the same address.
How do I disconnect a tool?
Open Connect to AI in brepo and choose Disconnect. That tool can then no longer read your brand.
How do I delete my data?
